I didn’t set out to build software for private clubs.


I’m a club guy—a golfer, a member. I spent years on the Technology Committee and later the Board at my Club in New Jersey. That experience was eye-opening. Behind the perfectly manicured fairways and the welcoming smile at the reception desk was a disjointed, antiquated, often painfully manual operation that felt stuck in the 1980s.


Spreadsheets for everything. No integration. Staff guessing at what members wanted or needed. Decision-making driven by hunches rather than data.


I remember thinking: There has to be a better way.


In my corporate life, I worked in technology and data-driven strategy for years.


Then as an entrepreneur, I built a consulting and IT business precisely to help companies modernize. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when you combine real operational experience with modern technology: it changes the game.


But in the Club industry?

It was like no one had bothered to try.


A Familiar Pattern

Ask anyone who belongs to a Club—particularly golfers—and they’ll tell you: we’re predictable creatures.


We have regular tee times. Favorite post-round meals and drinks. Seasonal habits. If you have the data, you can see the pattern clear as day.


But here’s the thing: most clubs don’t use that data. They don’t anticipate. They react.


That’s what we’re changing.


Meet Club Concierge

Club Concierge is our answer to a simple question:


What if a private club truly knew its members?

Not in the vague, handshake-at-the-door way—but with modern, data-driven intelligence that can anticipate what they want before they ask.


Imagine this:

  • A member finishes his usual 7:40am tee time. The system knows his post-round routine. The Grill Room team doesn’t ask “What would you like today?” Instead, they greet him with “Here’s your IPA, poured moments ago and waiting at your favorite table.”

Why We’re Doing This

We built Club Solutions Group because we’re in this industry. We’ve seen how hard it is to run a Club well. We know how big the gap is between the experience members expect and the tools management has.
